Risk Disclosure

The company STELLAR ACE, which operates this website, provides services related to financial contracts for difference and Forex markets (hereinafter referred to as “CFDs”). Trading CFDs involves a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. The possibility of significant losses can lead to the loss of the Client’s entire invested capital.

This risk disclosure document does not cover all possible risks associated with the Company’s services. Its purpose is to inform Clients about the trading and non-trading risks that may arise when investing in the highly speculative CFD market and using the Company’s services. If the Client considers the risks associated with trading and investing in CFDs to be unacceptable, he should immediately stop using the Company’s services.

Initial Capital

The Company STELLAR ACE provides services related to financial contracts for difference and Forex markets (hereinafter referred to as “CFDs”). CFD trading involves a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Potential losses may result in the complete loss of the Client’s invested capital.

This risk disclosure document does not cover all possible risks associated with the Company’s services. Its purpose is to inform Clients about the trading and non-trading risks that may arise when investing in the highly speculative CFD market and using the Company’s services. If the Client finds the risks associated with trading and investing in CFDs unacceptable, he/she must immediately stop using the Company’s services.

Use

To place a CFD order, the Client must maintain a margin, which is usually only a small fraction of the total contract value. This means that the Client trades using “leverage” or “borrowed capital” (“multiplier function”). Therefore, even a small market movement can significantly affect the value of the Client’s position, both positively and negatively.

The Client is obliged to always comply with the minimum margin requirements when trading. It is necessary to carefully monitor its capital and monitor current profits and losses. If the market moves against the Client’s position and/or margin requirements increase, the Company may close the Client’s position(s). In the event of losses, the Client remains liable for them.

It is important that the Client monitors their positions at all times, as leverage (the “multiplier function”) can significantly accelerate both profits and losses. The Client is responsible for monitoring all of their trades and must be prepared to do so at all times while they have open trades.

Technical Risk

When transacting via electronic systems, Clients may be exposed to risks associated with the failure of equipment, software, servers, communication lines and general Internet failure. Such failures may result in the Client’s order not being executed in accordance with its instructions or not being executed at all.

The Company shall not be liable for failures that are not the result of gross negligence or wilful breach of obligations on the part of the Company. The Company makes every effort to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of its services. The Client should be aware of the risk that in the event of an attack on the Company’s systems (for example, by hackers), failures may occur, which may lead to losses for the Client. The Company shall not be liable for such attacks if all reasonable measures have been taken to prevent them.

Legal restrictions and taxes

The Client assumes all risks associated with transactions prohibited by the laws of his country of residence. Each Client is obliged to notify the relevant authorities about their activities, income level and pay all taxes in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for losses or failure to receive earned funds in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, threat of war, terrorist acts, revolution, illegal actions of third parties, mass riots, rebellion, decisions of government agencies and other unforeseen events.
